Hello,
For years, I have made it a constant goal to drop down in weight and gain muscle. To be honest I have had no luck. This month I made myself a promise that I am going to get in shape. What I mean by this is gaining some muscle. I am what you call skinny fat. 
Now you may be wondering why lose the weight? I need to drop fat in order to see muscle definition. 
Below are my current measurements. I will keep you all updated on this new journey of mine. Finger crossed by December 2018 I am in the best shape of my life.

Here I will share every step of the way.
